Our client is a multinational company for sport products Office Operation LeaderSupplying the office with all the needed stationery, office & kitchen Supplies. Managing the operations of the office in terms of safety & maintenance of all the needed.Managing the cleaning representative & all the needed tools.Issuing all the needed pledges for all the sample entries of the mall.Managing all the courier companies. Cars Responsible in terms of pledges, cleaning, organizing & Maintenance.Responsible for any needed printing items ( Business cards, IDs, calendars)Assisting any teammate in any needed help.Sustaining the 5s in our office & meeting rooms.Creating positive vibes & good energy in our office by merging both teams together in a good spirit.Finance Revising all the notes de Frais & issuing the cash vouchers to the finance team.checking & revising all the invoices we receive before payment by the finance department.RetailFixed one day every week in store Other dealsNegotiating the cheapest deals with the hotels for business purposes. Company events & MeetingsOf course, assisting any needed help from any teammate.
