- Customer Support Agents are dedicated to helping our USA based dental practices to achieve success and advising on the best practices for using our products and services.
- As a Billing Specialist, you will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks. Your main goal will be to help guarantee the company’s revenues. You will be responsible for the processing of incoming payments
- You are required to assist and go the extra mile for VIP doctor offices and dental labs via outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.
- You will also be required to handle incoming emails and technical support tickets.

Skills and Experience: :
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Passion for numbers and financial data
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- English fluency is a must
Experience:
- +2 years of experience in Customer service
- Experience in offshore billing accounts is preferred
- Prior experience in accounts Receivable is preferred
Skills:
- Data entry skills
- Good time-management skills

- Ability to multitask upon need
