About the Job

The Sales Manager is responsible for a team of property consultants (5-7 members), and he leads his team to deliver the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. On the business front, he works with all sources (brokers, call center, referrals and personal leads), to generate potential clients across all projects. Normally, a sales manager generates annual sales between 1-2 Billion EGP. On the organization front, he is responsible for training his team in the onboarding phase and later on during the on-the-job coaching, helping them with their accounts and during sales presentations, up to the contracting phase, to execute the department monthly and yearly plans

  1. Leads the organizational scope in his team, leading the full cycle (attracting the right talents/interviewing and hiring/ onboarding and development/ evaluation)
  2. Builds the relationships with brokerage companies and leading personally the top accounts. Leads the orientation with brokerage companies on Mountain View projects and launches/initiatives. 
  3. Attracts and hires New Brokerage Companies to work with Mountain View, while maintaining and growing business with active brokerage companies.
  4. Creates and executes plans to grow the direct-business through coordinating with the call center and activating referrals programs 
  5. Solves personally the tough daily operational problems with clients, and with brokerages companies.
  6. Works with the company’s leadership team in developing/executing sales strategies and plans, through sharing insights, ideas and recommended plans to improve our results.
