Job: Digital Agency Managing Director in Cairo, Egypt

About the Job

This role has responsibility for leading the development and growth of our agency.

You will be responsible for revenue growth for our agency, with full P&L ownership. You will play an active role in identifying, developing and retaining high potential talent across Cairo and running a best in class leadership team across Cairo to help achieve these key business goals.

Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

Building a robust yet flexible plan to generate deal flow and sustained repeat business, externally and internally.

Continuing to build the profile and reputation of the Firm as a world-class strategic transformation advisor to leading businesses.

Oversee new business development.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
