OPD Manager – Elite Hospital

Share in defining the hospital’s mission.Participates in developing and implementing a hospital wide quality improvement and patient safety program.Determines and plans the services to be provided by the hospital that are consistent with the hospital’s mission and needs of the patients served by the hospital.Creating the policies and procedures necessary to carry out the services provided.Ensures that activities are conducted accurately, ethically, and according to the hospitals policies, procedures, and standards.Defining the necessary qualifications required of the staff.Assess, request and following up the needful of the department from the equipment and instruments.Participates in the planning, creation, organization and introduction of new OPD ClinicsPlanning, organizing, directing and observing all activities and services of the department and leading the departmental meetings.Share in hospital committees.Holds meeting with the department staff to ensure that they all work together to coordinate the provision of service.Evaluating the performance of the department staff and put recommendations.Provides data and information on the quality of its services to stakeholders.Participates in developing and implementing a hospital wide quality improvement and patient safety program.Ensures effective communication throughout the hospitalPays attention to the accuracy and timeliness of information shared and communicated throughout the hospital.
