Payroll Accountant/Paymaster

Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.Assist in the preparation of monthly -end balance sheets accounts reconciliation and analysis.Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data from different departments.Process all payroll discrepancies and differences.Assist in the completion of financial and management reports.Ensure that payroll data is accurate and submitted on time for processing.Responsible for the supervision of the company’s payroll system.Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave,  and non-taxable salaries.Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.Updating the employees’ salaries database for the whole company.Reporting directly to HR Manager.Other tasks as assigned.
