Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct market surveys and collecting data from the market occasionally
• Keep an open eye on the Indonesian market and work environment and report significant updates regularly
• Monitor main competitors performance closely and report their performance regularly
• Participate in developing marketing and promotion strategies
• Develop marketing and digital marketing requirements for outsourced marketing services
• Coordinate with outsourced marketing entities in Indone
• Monitor marketing performance of the outsourced entities
• Keep an open ear for customer’s voice, in order to help offer them satisfying and appealing product/service
