Generate leads and contact potential clients to set an appointment to propose “Aurora” project details.Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.Achieve monthly and annually targets set by the team leaders to generate revenues for the company. Participate in real estate conferences and exhibitions (internally – externally) to promote “Aurora” brand name and sell “Aurora” project units.Respond to all client inquiries regarding “Aurora” project (payment plan – unit value).Negotiate property price and provide sales quotes for client to ensure purchasing a suitable unit with the appropriate financial alternatives to best suit company’s interest.Manage Clients reservation with our financial team. Liaise with the sales team leader to check the availability of the selected unit before contracting for avoiding duplicated allocation.Prepare allocation form required for contracting including (client data – unit price and payment plan) and ensure to be signed by the client.Generate reports to sales team leaders and sales managerFollow up with clients to maintain positive on-going relationships and build a rapport between the company and client.
