Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the plant and ensure that operations runsmoothly, to obtain the maximum efficiency, production, quality, service, and profitability for theorganization.Job Tasks:Supervise & optimize the distribution channelDevelop a comprehensive cleaning plan for the factory, ensure its implementation, and definethe tasks of those responsible for itDevelop a plan to receive orders from clients, ensure and follow up on their implementation,and develop alternative plans to facilitate workflowDevelop a production plan and organize the production flowDevelop a plan for attendance, leave, vacations, and internal work laws, and follow up on theirimplementationDevelop a maintenance plan for machinery and company carsDevelop proposals to enhance the workflow (production, cleaning, distribution, administrativeaffairs, maintenance, employment)Develop a quality control and supervision plan and ensure its implementationDevelop a plan to receive customers complaints and work to solve themSuggest ideas to motivate employees and workersManage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the plantEnsure factory accurate recordsSend required reports to High managementAssisting in the development and preparation of strategic plans for the factoryAdhere to all organization policies and proceduresInteract and cooperate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, and customers
