Summary: Handle contracted projects (All Issues) to Provide support to the team, the project manager, the client. This is by updating documents, acting as a communication links between all involved parties, and handle conflicts in a time.
- Revise, distribute, coordinate and assess documents for entire contract submittals.
- Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
- Review project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards.
- Report all conflicts and problems to the PM and other involved parties.
- Track the conflicts till it get solved.
- Manage and submit all variation requests for further approval.
- Prepare project records given from site engineer with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions.
- Prepare MEP table for projects after revising the shop drawings.
- Prepare monthly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of PM.
- Processing and reviewing payments progress for contractors, products delivery to site, factory delivery status.
- Make sure of archiving adequately.
