Daily Operation:-Manage daily operations of the IT department.Responsible for the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Infrastructure Service:-Manage windows server 2016 with different rule.Manage Veeam Backup Solutions for server backup and users’ laptops backup.Manage Users Emails Accounts.Manage Forti to ensure that internet, internal and external network with best practice policy and rule are working.Manage IP PBX phone System.Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.End User Security Awareness:-Manage Kaspersky Antivirus Server. Cameras System Management:-Manage CCTV Project. Suppliers:-Manage & Oversee IT Service Renewal contracts.Communicate with suppliers to get best prices for needed spare parts & accessories. Service Quality Development:-Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction. Documentation:-Maintain IT data sheets with IT budgeting assets and all IT expenses.
