Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research uncovering client needs and preferences whilst providing necessary insights for effective marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with clients by opening consistent channels of communication.
• Proactively gather client requests and ensure their timely fulfillment.
• Collect, process and follow up on Purchase Orders as well as the collection of client payments.
• Ensure the timely delivery of Mantrac’s products and services to clients with the intended quality and specifications.
• Collect feedback on Mantrac’s products and services ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
