Front Desk Administrator
Reception role Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department Take messages from callers and relay to company staff when needed. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions & etc. Welcome on-site visitors determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitors visitor access and Proxy registration for each visitor Create courier bill of ladings for different destinations locally & internationally upon request Issue security permits for the outgoing equipment from the HQ office Submit attendance sheet of housekeeping team/ office boys to the administration manager Record entrance of facility workers and maintenance technicians to the office Purchasing role Collect initial quotations from supplies via phone calls or meetings Update supplier data sheet and record related suppliers’ assessment on monthly basis
