Job: HR Senior Manager in Cairo, Egypt

Shiny White, recognized growing dental industrial group, is seeking to hire a full-time “HR Senior Manager” who is motivated to pursue HR career. He will be responsible for supporting Management to take right decisions in its growth journey, doing analysis, research and participate in developing creative solutions and in developing a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are aligned with and support business strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations, and monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Supervising all legal & labor office activities along with all related social insurance reports and always being updated with Egyptian law and regulation updates.
  • Conducting awareness sessions to management & staff when needed.
  • Responsible for the staff regular professional announcements & staff communication
  • Conducting regular visits to business units to ensure everyone is performing the assigned activities as in JDs and reporting if any discrepancies.
  • Building and developing the function and structure of HR Department.
  • Supervising HR Manager as well as HR team members to achieve department and  firm objectives.
  • Monitoring the hiring requests and ensuring the proper selection of required talents and responsible for ensuring the efficiency of onboarding program and OJT.
  • Collecting the assessment forms from different central departments and operations as well to act accordingly.
  • Reviewing & analyzing the monthly payroll transactions and providing recommendations and/or justifications.
  • Conducting annual salary review, in cooperation with departments’ leaders.
  • Acting to support the human factor in the company by designing strategies for performance evaluation and ensure the performance appraisal cycle implementation that drives high performance within the firm quarterly and annually.
  • Planning and assessing annual training need to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Delivering annual turnover & retention plans.
  • Handling Exit interviews, and analyze the reasons behind resignation to enhance our process of selection and work on retention plan to keep the extraordinary staff.
  • Preparing manpower plan in coordination with different departments and aligning organization to future growth plans, forecasting staffing needs, ensuring efficient succession plans are in place.
  • Preparing the annual budget for HR.
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through monthly HR dashboard.
  • Promoting a healthy environment and friendly interaction between staff through activities, events, and social gatherings.
  • Working to resolve conflicts and emerging concerns, to ensure maximum staff satisfaction
  • Managing staff wellness, motivating and supporting current staff and enhancing job satisfaction, improving morale and employee retention.
