The Operations Specialist is responsible for the creation and management of clients’ accounts within the business. The purpose of this position is to handle the heavy system data entry required and to assist in the preparation of the planned brands deployments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create client’s accounts including brands, kitchens, stations, recipes, ingredients, menus on the system as per the operations manager instructions.
- Ensure all the information entered into the system is complete and accurate ahead of clients’ deployments.
- Make necessary adjustments in content as per clients requests.
- Assist in preparing the hardware needed for deployments by activating and setting-up the devices and installing the software required.
- Report work and issues to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
