Execute recruitment process according to standard procedures (shortlisting, preparation of offer letters etc) to ensure that an efficient recruitment service is provided to both recruiting managers and candidates.Create and publish job ads in various portals.Screen resumes and job applications.Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.Responsible for coordinating technical interviews and receive the final selection of the candidates.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
