Sales Operations Manager

Develop and report the sales performance reporting daily, weekly and monthly sales results.Develop and report sales analysis to better serve the company future projects, launches and sales team performance.Monitor and assess the performance results of the sales team versus the agreed targets and KPIs, report the findings to the sales director and CCO to improve the productivity.Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.Ensures all new Stores proposals meet the required return on sales prior to submitting any recommendations to the Top Management; all new shop locations must be visited to ensure they will trade effectively and meet the proposed budgets.Communicate with Area managers regarding sales reports, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day store operations.Train & Develop Retail Teams to reach the highest required performance and create valid succession plan to increase their satisfaction & loyalty
