TeleSales Executive ( Arabic )

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone.The Telesales Representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.Analyze the sales prospects.Explore new leads, communicate with them and convert the leads to sales.Interact with the Potential customers for Cross and Up Sales for product offering, brand awareness on a timely basis by meetings and calls.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all existing and new launching products.Take and process orders in an accurate manner.Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.Effectively closing all telephonic sales leads to meet up the designated target.Contribute to process improvements by suggesting alternative solutions and highlighting challenges in order for the Team Leader/management to investigate and possibly improve problem-resolution methods.To compile daily, weekly and monthly targets.
