Job: Scrum Master in Nasr City, Cairo

We are looking to hire a Scrum Master to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for ensuring that the Development Team follows scrum framework values and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and managing road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Helping the Product Owner, Customer Success Team, and Development Team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Leading the Scrum Team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Ensuring cross-team coordination
• Resolving and supporting critical issues and ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Preparing and delivering effective verbal and written communication regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Working with the team to identify the team’s capacity to ensure meeting deadlines
• Ensuring teams achieve their objectives by keeping them focused on their goals
• Managing risks and issues proactively, including resources, costs, and systems, and recommending appropriate solutions
• Monitoring team performance and providing management with relevant insights into team performance (i.e., burndown chart, team velocity)
