Executive Assistant & Client Liaison Officer

Prepares all Technical, Soft Services and FM contracts for Nile City clients/tenants.Renews all current contracts for Nile City clients.Carries out all administrative works.Follows up on invoices’ creation, delivery and reviewing monthly/task orders invoices.Handles client’s requests, inquires and complaints.Follows up soft services day to day operations with Soft Services department.Acts as point of contact between the operations and internal/external clients.Arranges meetings, appointments and takes minutes of meetings.Routes correspondences among departments.Creates reports, presentations, and briefings.Manages filing and documentation systems.Supervises the receptionist daily tasks.
