Training Section Head

Identifying training and Development needs within the company’s employees through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers / department & company objective.Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.Effectively manage the training budget by setting the training priorities and define the importance for each training and report to organization executives regarding a return on investment.Design and expand training and development program, conducting and administrating programs based on employee’s need and individual’s development plan to improve their behavior, skills and knowledge to be linked with company values and objectives.Design, plan, organize, the orientation programs for employees to improve the employee’s awareness of policies, procedures, engagement and company values.Obtain, organize, and develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials to meet specific training needs.Create the material bank overall the company and categorize positions, department, section, grade level and define the access for each groupPresent training programs using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs during and after the training using surveys, questionnaires and interviews, in order to plan future training or to ament existing ones.Monitors and develop training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary that target tangible results.Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.Drive brand training knowledge and philosophy through all training and development activities to build customer experience.Create periodic test to measure the knowledge of company staff and make  promotional plan for encourage them.
