• Controlling renewals employees contracts and preparing temporary offers
Handling the assumptions of the new employees with all necessary documents as per law.
• Managing the company personnel files , their documents update , and the filling system.
• Representing the company in front of the social insurance office and the labor office.
• Applying all the benefits to the employees as per law.
• Managing H.R letters upon requests.
• Handling the Weekly / monthly reports issued after the salaries payment.
• Managing all the inquests with the employees.
