Employee Relations Specialist

Maintaining Regularity Standards by: - Investigate any case and apply the right disciplinary action according to company rules & labor law. - Handle terminations and end of contracts for the existing employees in accordance with labor law and their performance. - Liaising between employees and management. - Follow-up on all related contract renewal and on all related missing documents. - Leverage the service management process (including SLAs & KPIs reporting) and drive continuous improvement efforts. - Monthly reports on employees contracts status & missing documents. -Handle social insurance and all inspections will be conducted from employment office.
