Establish customer agreements and ensure that piercing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. Ensure that customers’ prices are reviewed on a regular basis , and initiate a re-negotiation incase of discrepancy between actual and promised volumes.
Monitor customer performance , loyalty and satisfaction to measure success business fluctuation and possible business at risk, take appropriate action internally or/and with the customer.
Promote Fulfillment Bridge brand and values through own appearance in manner that reflect the company’s high standards and develop customer loyalty.
