Spanish Export Coordinator

Communicate and coordinate Spanish customers’ orders with internal departments and Export Manager.Review the production plan with the factory.Revise and provide customers with documents.Document management of related forms.Order and invoicing data entryTracking Process to ensure on-time delivery.Prepare required reports and invoices.Coordinate with all the teams new and/or outstanding ordersPrepare all the export documents needed and send them to customers.Other duties as assigned
