Responsible for all human resource activities include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development. Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications. Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, recruitment agencies and other recruitment sources. Prepare process and distribute payroll. Design and conduct new employee orientations, administer and explain company benefits to employees.Manage employee’s evaluation process as per company appraisal system. Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation, Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Develop and maintain personnel data bases, and employee’s manual filing systems. Update company structure on organizational chart Update and adjust job descriptions according to modifying of company structure. Acting as the contact person with the Medical insurance company to process employee’s additions & cancellation, recovering approvals, reimbursements, refund and complaints Office management including assets management, utilities, maintenance and new purchase as well as daily expenses. Resignation process (hand over, disclaiming, Ex. letter…) Manage and observe employees attendance and relate it to their pay. Coordinator with the Bank in all employees accounts concerns including opening new accounts, renewal, loans.
