Admin Assistant – Heliopolis

Greet the customer with warmth, courtesy & personalized greeting
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Offering the best fit to the customer through cross sell/up sell when applicable according to the customer’s type
Provide in-depth service knowledge including benefits, and overall value
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Fulfill the customer need with speed & simplicity (Can do attitude)
Handle customer complaints in a calm, positive and professional manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Ensure that the customer got all the needed service before leaving the counter
Accurately handle cash, and inventory
Maintain a clean and tidy work space
Report anything unusual, or any major incidents, to management
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Handling opening & end of day operation
