Job Functions: Customer Service Phone and Email Rep

Your responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from the customers, to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.
 

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements
• To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Minimum of 2-years in a customer support 
• Track record of delivering continual improvements & and high standards of quality
• An advanced level of English

Nice-to-have Requirements
• Experience in an BPO organization
