About the Job
- We are looking for an ambitious Retention Agent who wants to grow and learn while making money.
Brief:
- The Retention Team is responsible for Retaining the customer that the company has Churned in a specific period, as we deal with Real estate companies such as Brokers & Developers “B2B business”.
About the Job:
- Dealing with old customers that the Company lost to know their objections and bad experiences.
- Working as an advisor to align their own objectives with the company objective.
- Knowing their needs and show them the campaign features and tools that will make the customer achieve the main target.
- Retaining by offering solutions and by giving them suitable discounts to get them back.

More than 1 year
Bachelor’s Degree
Job Requirements
Candidate Must have:
- At least 1 year of sales experience + Customer Service experience.
Candidates with the following will be preferred:
- Experience in Corporate Sales (Selling to companies).
- Excellent English Skills.
