Job: Oracle Fusion HCM – Techno/Functional Consultant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

 1. 6+ years of solid work experience in application development of Oracle HR Modules on Oracle EBS and Fusion Implementations, Upgrades and Support projects (minimum of 8-10 implementations in total, 4+ on Oracle Fusion and Payroll) 

2. Direct engagement with business users for requirements gathering, testing, acceptance and dayto-day techno-functional support. 

3. Strong Functional Knowledge in configuration and support of Oracle HRMS Core HR, complete Payroll setups, HR Self-Service (SSHR), Absence Management, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), I-recruitment (iRec), Oracle Learning Management (OLM) , modules, and Oracle Talent management (Performance Management) with ability to work in other modules. 

4. Strong experience in creating Core HR setups of Flex Responsible Fields that Includes Key Flex fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, Values and Value sets, Work Structures, Job, Position, Locations, Organizations, Business Group, User and Responsibilities. 

5. Strong Technical knowledge of development of fast formulas, SQL / PLSQL, Data Migration (employees data, Assignments, payroll elements, absences, .…etc), HCM Data Loader, SOAP/REST API integrations with Oracle Fusion, and development of custom reports. 

6. Proven technical experience working on webservice integrations with Core HR, Payroll with Absences, Payroll with Oracle Time and Labor, Absences with Time and Labor, & i-Recruitment. 

7. Creating Core HR setups of Flex Responsible Fields that Includes Key Flex fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, Values and Value sets, Work Structures, Job, Position, Locations, Organizations, Business Group, User and Responsibilities. 

8. Very good experience in requirements gathering, analyzing, designing, configuration and debugging of HCM solutions using Oracle AIM methodology documentation. 

9. Experience in working directly with business users conducting workshops and presenting alternative solutions to assist businesses in selecting the most suitable solution. 

10. Strong client facing and problem-solving skills 

11. Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment as well as working independently 

12. Very good skills of task management, time management, and working under pressure in managed services environments under service level agreements.

  • Min. 6+ years Fusion HCM , 8-10  implementations in total, 4+ on Oracle Fusion and Payroll
