Telesales Executive

Meet assigned quotas, sales objectives and behavior goals as assigned.Understanding the client requirements and recommend the product as per their needs.Know about current sales and promotions, policies about payments and exchanges.Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, key players networking, outdoor meetings with potential clientsUpdate and deliver quotations and presentations on products/ services.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or returns.Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to ensure after sales support and cross selling products.Attending team meetings and providing assistance to other members of the sales team.Entering all required data for sales onto the company system.Establish a strong business relationship with Hotels and manage their accounts.Understanding client’ concernsPrepare for conducting Tele-appointment phone calls.  Ensure delivering of correctly completed contracts together with required proper documents on time.  Provide detailed daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.  Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.  Acquiring better selling skills and continually learn new product knowledge.
