Our ideal candidate will work closely with our technical PHP team leaders (Mostafa, Rafik) and the rest of the Arkdevians in very interesting opportunities: The development of one of the biggest Governmental portals in Egypt (Enterprise level) using both Drupal and Laravel technologies with Mobile and Intranet components and Integrations with SAP, IBM, and Microsoft Solutions. He/She will work also in several medium based projects for our USA clients.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

1. BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology.

EXPERIENCE:

1. 5+ years of web development experience (Focusing on PHP Laravel Framework)

2. 3+ of hands-on experience with Drupal 7/8

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and maintain highly optimized and customized Drupal websites, themes, plugins, and web applications.

2. Build RESTful APIs and integrate with 3rd.

3. Integrate with Salesforce and built custom API calls.

4. Following the standards and naming conventions.

5. Design and implementation of database solutions.

6. Building reusable code and libraries with meaningful comments for future use.

7. Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.

8. Publishing versions of the web application to the test and production environments.

9. Handle all exceptions and bugs generated by the testing team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficient spoken/written English.

2. Proficient in Drupal CMS.

3. Proficient in PHP Object Oriented design patterns and programming.

4. Strong fluency with Composer for dependency management.

5. Highly experienced in WordPress/Drupal themes and plugins development.

6. Experience in MySQL/SQL.

7. Experience with source control systems, such as Git, Bitbucket.

8. Experience with Linux is an asset.

9. Good Knowledge in HTML, JS, CSS and Bootstrap.

10. Good Knowledge in jQuery and Ajax.

11. Good in continuous integration and auto deployment, Codeship/Jenkins is a plus.
