Job: Operations Manager in Nasr City, Cairo

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe , efficient , effective and high productive operations. By:- 

• Manage the sustainable flow of acquisition and day to day operations for Aman Retails categories  process flow management & optimization
• Mange software team ( Java Developers , Data base admin , Application Support , DevOps )
• Manage the company retails 
• link between Area Retails Manager & Software Department 
• Inventory analysis: to forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each store.
• Cost Management: constantly review store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss
• Plan, direct, and oversees daily operations &services and applies corrective actions & develop solutions for operation obstacles.
• Analyzes & enhances the overall facility management performance.
• Analyzes financial data including projects P&L, OPEX & CAPEX, and seeks ways to maximize revenue.
• Advises on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on more partnership opportunities.
• Reviews the status reports of team members across projects and addresses issues as appropriate.
• Responsible for team selection,  staff performance evaluations, and career development planning.
